Our cancellation policy is as follows.
Cancellation Policy for Food Reservations:
・Cancellation of food reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reserved date and time.
・Cancellations made after 3:00 PM on the day before the reservation will be charged 100% of the Food fee as a cancellation fee・
Due to the arrangements made for ingredients and staff, we will be charge the full amount of the Food fee as a cancellation fee.
・If you cancel on the day of your reservation or do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the Food fee as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy for reservations:
・Cancellations for reservations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the reserved date and time.
・Same-day cancellations, there may be a cancellation fee of ¥3,000 per person (including tax) for lunch reservations between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM,
and ¥5,000 per person (including tax) for reservations after 3:00 PM.
