Restaurant Iijima Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

【Meal Reservation Cancellation Policy】
・Cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM on the day before your reservation.
・Cancellations made after 3:00 PM the day before will incur a charge of the full meal price due to ingredient and staffing arrangements.
・Same-day cancellations or no-shows will also be charged the full meal price.

【Table Reservation Cancellation Policy】
・Cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM on the day before your reservation.
・For same-day cancellations:
 Lunch (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM): ¥3,000 per person (tax included)
 Reservations after 3:00 PM: ¥5,000 per person (tax included)
 These cancellation fees may apply.

※ If dining in-store becomes difficult on the day of your reservation, you may switch to takeout. Please consult with us.

About Reservations

- Please read before making a reservation -
■ Please contact us by phone no later than 3:00 PM the day before for any changes or cancellations.
■ Seat selection and private room reservations are not available online.
 For groups of more than 10 people or for occasions such as engagement gatherings, please contact us by phone.
■ Only selected menu items are available for online reservations. For other menu requests, please write them in the memo field or contact us by phone.
■ If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may seat other waiting guests first. In such cases, you may need to wait again.
■ For customers with children under 7 years old, we can prepare child seats. Please indicate your child’s age in the memo field.
■ If you have any allergies or ingredients you wish to avoid, please specify them in the memo field.

※ If the phone number or email address provided is incorrect, we may treat the reservation as cancelled. Please ensure the information is correct.
(For carrier email addresses such as docomo/au/softbank, confirmation emails may be filtered into spam folders.)

※ Customers who do not show up without notice may be refused future reservations.
